Global smartphone brand Vivo is determined to make its presence felt in the local tech scene after opening its first concept store in the country last August 9.

Located at the ground floor of SM Light Mall in Mandaluyong, the new concept store offers a hands-on experience of the brand’s latest smartphones including the Vivo V3Max and V3. The store also houses a service center that will cater to various customers’ technical needs.

The Vivo concept store is designed to exude a youthful and energetic vibe. The well-lit store welcomes visitors to look inside with its glass panel entrance way. Inside, the white and cream walls are accentuated by light blue accents, reflecting the trademark colors of Vivo.

Vivo Product Specialists are scattered inside the store, ready to assist customers for any concerns on phone availability, specifications, technical issues, and other concerns.

“We at Vivo are excited to provide a new platform where our supporters can learn more about our brand and the products that we have, and for us to provide nothing but the best services to them,” said Hazel Bascon, Vice President of Vivo Philippines.

Bascon added that the warm acceptance of the global community urged the brand to take its game to new heights. “Vivo has sustained its global momentum to secure the 5th spot in IDC’s global smartphone tracker for the second quarter of the year. This growth is reflective of our progress in the country where we’ve experienced great engagement with Filipino consumers to date. This makes us more confident and excited for Vivo supporters in the country as we continue to provide them with more products and offers in the future.”

The launch was opened by a ribbon cutting ceremony led by Vivo Philippines CEO Ted Xiong . This was followed by dance presentations from Vivo Product Specialists, Pagoda Philippines Athletic Organization, and Alliance Dance Group. The event was capped off by a store blessing.
