Robot Combat League is a one-of-a-kind battle of wits and brute force featuring ultra-modern technology. Combining tremendous human will and the super strength of machines, this ground-breaking television show provides first-class action between humanoid robots.

There are 12 teams featured in Robot Combat League, and each team are made up of  a robo-jockey and a robo-tech. The robo-jockey is the fighter and controls the robot’s arms and torso via the exo-suit strapped on his or her body, while the robot-tech functions as the robotics engineer controlling the feet and other unique parts of the robot.

The fighters crash, collide, and basically try to destroy each other to provide exhilarating action to viewers. The participants come from extremely diverse backgrounds, so you’ll see a race car driver, a National Guard pilot, and even an Olympian, among others take the stage.

Each with unique look and power features, the robots fight a three-round battle with the winner advancing to the next match. Awaiting the grand champion is $100,000 prize.

Hosted by professional wrestler Chris Jericho, Robot Combat League invades Asian television through AXN. The show aire from Monday to Wednesday at 7:55 p.m.
