Following the release of the F1 and F1 Plus, mobile tech company OPPO brings in another selfie-centric mobile device. The new OPPO F1s promises to up your selfie game with its camera software and a powerful front-facing camera.

The F1s carries the same build and design marks of previous OPPO units such as the thin, rounded bezels and prominent white colorway.

Of course the most notable feature of the F1s is its 16-megapixel front snapper, which can be great for selfies, group photos, and video calls. Complementing the F1s’ camera hardware is OPPO’s built-in Beautify 4.0 software, which allows you to tweak your pictures on the fly.

“It’s amazing how the F1s lets you capture selfies the way you want them to look. We wanted to offer a phone that gives selfie lovers a satisfying photo experience, and I think the new model does just that” said OPPO Brand Marketing Manager for the Philippines Stephen Cheng during the OPPO F1s launch at Pico de Loro, Batangas last August 11.

Aside from its camera, this 5.5-inch smartphone boasts of other noteworthy features as well. Under the hood, the OPPO F1s packs an MT6750 octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. It also runs on the latest version of OPPO’s ColorOS. Play games, take pictures, and browse the Web without worrying on running out of juice because the F1s is fitted with a 3075mAh internal battery.

International finance company Home Credit also joined the local launch of the OPPO F1s, announcing that it will start to offer the F1s at an affordable six-month installment plan for as low as P2,165 at zero percent interest.  OPPO partnered with Home Credit earlier this year to offer the F1 at zero percent installments.

Also present during the launch at Pico de Loro are the new OPPO F1s influencers, including Bea Binene, Ella Cruz, Janine Gutierrez, Jasmine Curtis Smith, Julian Trono, Kylie Padilla, Mikael Daez, and many others. They joined the OPPO F1 runway show and gamely posed for selfies and group photos with the media and guests.

The new OPPO F1s comes with a suggested retail price of P12,990. It is now available for pre-order until August 18, 2016 at OPPO kiosks and stores.
