“Yoga and Pilates? That is so gay! ”

Try telling that to Lebron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and the rest of the team. (You probably would if you’re a Spurs fan.) NBA players turn to Pilates and yoga during their off-season to strengthen their core, avoid injury, and loosen their muscles. If it’s manly enough for the NBA, then it should be for you, too.

Ready to get on the mat? Try ONELIFE Studio; they have plenty. And they’re the only studio in the country with Pilates machines. The newly opened studio offers Yoga and Pilates classes the whole week, and Tai-Chi and Kid’s Yoga on Sundays.

The newly opened studio also has special rate deals until June 30, 2013. Packages range from the one-time Drop In Pass, Kickstarter pass for three sessions, Create the Habit pass for 10-20 sessions, and the My Daily Dose pass for unlimited classes for up to three months. Private classes can also be arranged.

ONELIFE Studio is located at 2F Citiplace Building, 8001 Jose Abad Santos St. cor. J. Abad Santos and Calderon Sts., Little Baguio, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
