Stay connected anytime, anywhere with the new solar power bank brand, Lifemate.

In a thrilling and energy-filled hike to Mt. Pinatubo’s crater lake organized by Power Mac Center, Speed and other members of the media were able to get a preview and hands-on experience of three of Lifemate’s newest products: the Apollo 1, Power Bear, and Power Eagle outdoor power banks.

Designed for rugged and outdoor activities, Lifemate saves your whole trip by extending your mobile devices’ battery life, as well as by keeping up with your extreme adventures with its waterproof qualities, and crash- and heat-resistance features.

Made for hikers who like to be always under the sun, the Apollo is a solar-powered charger that is designed to fit in your bag as a lightweight foldable piece. It comes in three variants: the two-paneled Apollo 1, four-paneled Apollo 2, and the Apollo 3 with eight solar panels.

This splash-resistant power bank needs only sunlight to juice up, and can extend the life of your smartphones and tablets. Currently, these solar-powered chargers cannot store energy during the evening, but it will instantly charge once the sun hits the panels.

Lifemate also released the Power Eagle, Power Bear, and Power Lion armed with a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery and an IPX8 rating, which means that these power sources are resistant to dust, shock, drops, and water—allowing as much as one hour submerged in up to 1.2 meters water.

Each Power –series is equipped for different purposes. The small and light Power Eagle has 6000mAh capacity, the medium-sized Power Bear comes with 12000mAh, while the Power Lion boasts of a whopping 24000mAh.

Currently, Lifemate is making three out of its six products available here in the Philippines starting May 2016 at all Power Mac Center nationwide. The first sales includes the Apollo 1 (P2,980), the Power Eagle (P4,650), and the Power Bear (P6,490), while the remaining three products are coming next.
