LG joins the trend of downsizing smartphones with the LG G2 mini. It launched its smaller version of its flagship smartphone at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain. LG also announced that the LG G2 mini will have different specs for every region to accommodate the needs of different people.

LG G2 mini is packed with either a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 or a 1.7 GHz Nvidia Quad-Core Tegra 4i processor, 1GB RAM, 4.7-inch display with 960 x 540 resolution, and Android 4.4 KitKat. The 129.6 x 66.0 x 9.8mm phone weighs 121g. It comes in four different colors: Titan Black, Lunar White, Red, and Gold, depending on the region.

LG G2 mini will be released in CIS countries in March. Its release in Middle Eastern, Latin American, and Asian markets will follow soon after.
