Based on the Carmudi Car Buyer Survey, potential buyers are being influenced by online sources, including manufacturer sites, dealer sites, and general internet searches. The results of the survey showed that 28 percent of the respondents based their car purchase on the internet, while the 18.7 percent visited the actual dealer sites and auto expos. Key Influencers that are present during the forum were  Rommel Gutierrez, president of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI), Elizabeth H. Lee, president and co-founder of EMotors, Inc., and Albert “Bert” Suansing, secretary general of Philippine Global Road Safety Partnership (PGRSP).
